Maxine Maness Mallard, 90, died at home Aug. 17, 2017.She was preceded in death by her husband Linnell Mallard in 1991. She retired as a supervisor at Maysville Garment and also worked at garment plants in Swansboro and Richlands. She was a member of Tabernacle United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday at the Sayland Funeral Home in Maysville with the Rev. Bryan Lassiter officiating.Private burial will be in Dogwood Memorial Cemetery. Surviving are her children, Clifton Mallard of Jacksonville, Steven Mallard and Shelby Wells of Maysville; her four grandchildren; five great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Tabernacle United Methodist Church PO Box 148 Maysville, NC 28555.
