Kathleen Carter Russell, 73 , died Sunday March 31 at the Crystal Coast Hospice House. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cliff and Aretta Carter; her son, Donnie W. Russell, Jr. and her husband, Donnie William Russell. Surviving are her children, Debra Russell and Randy Russell of Swansboro; her siblings, R.L. Carter and Charlotte Carter of Greensboro ; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6:00- 8:00 PM at the Sayland Funeral Home in Maysville. A private inurnment will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Sayland Funeral Home.
