Charles Webster Russell, 72, passed away August 12, 2021 at Onslow Memorial Hospital. He was a retired truck driver. The family will celebrate his life privately. Charles was preceded in death by his parents Dillard W. Russell and Lucille Morris Russell and his brother, Noland Russell. He is survived by his son, Roy Russell of Swansboro; brothers, Ricky Russell and Ray Russell of Swansboro ; Walter Russell of Newport and Steve Russell of Richlands; and his sisters; Irene Russell Huffman and Mary Russell Burns of Swansboro; Bertha Russell and Polly Russell Simpson of Newport and Denise Russell Howe of Endeavor, PA ; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
