Herman Edward Norris, 59, passed away May 27, 2022 at Premier Nursing & Rehab Center. Edward was a retired heavy equipment operator in the road construction business. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Thelma Bell Norris. He is survived by his daughters, Jessica Sandison, Amanda Norris and Laura Anderson and his grandson, Avery Warren. Private services will be held. Arrangements by Sayland Funeral Home in Maysville
