Louise (Tolin) Mateja

Maysville, NC

               Louise Tolin Mateja, 92, passed away Wednesday at her home. She was a native of Covington County, Alabama. She was a former bookkeeper at Jenkins Gas Company in Pollocksville and was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church in Maysville. She was preceded in death by her parents Jake and Ella Parrish Tolin; her husband, George Mateja and her brothers, Robert, Charles and Wade and her grandson Keith Todd.

               Graveside services will be held Saturday at 1:00PM in the Dogwood Memorial Cemetery in Maysville with the Rev. Woody Whitt officiating.

               Surviving are her children, Sharon Taylor and husband Eddie of Harrisburg, NC and Michael Mateja of Maysville; her grandchildren, George Stuart Todd and his wife Casey of Garner and Sharica Todd of Raleigh  and seven great grandchildren. Arrangements by Sayland Funeral Home in Maysville.
