Michael Leroy Trott

Michael Leroy Trott, 37, a devoted husband, a loving father and a faithful son was called home on December 21, 2021. He was born in New Bern on Dec. 5, 1984 to Diane and Tommy Trott and spent his youth in Maysville. Michael enlisted in the US Navy.  As gas turbine mechanic he proudly served his country and was honorably discharged only to begin his time in school for motorcycle mechanics in Florida. He had a love for motorcycles and all things mechanical. He could fix anything, He then spent several years driving over the road trucks for Prime, until finally returning to Richlands where he began his career with Energyneering  Solutions. After his marriage to Ashley Codding, he was blessed with two daughters, Sophie and Adelynn Trott, through which his spirit will live on. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Diane. His family along with his father, Tommy Trott and brother T.J. Trott will hold a memorial service on January 15 2022 in the Chapel of Sayland Funeral Home in Maysville at 12:00PM
